How does the free trial work?+
You get a 14-day free trial of the full platform. Yes. A valid payment method is required to begin your 14-day trial. You will not be charged until the trial period ends. Cancel before then to avoid your first invoice.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes. Cancel anytime from Business Hub → Plan & storage. No long-term contract. Access continues through your current billing period. Fees are non-refundable.
Where does customer payment money go?+
Through Stripe Connect on your account. Servstead doesn’t hold your customer funds — you get paid, Stripe processes it.
Does AI set my prices?+
No. AI can draft estimate wording and insights. You always review and approve before anything goes to a customer.
What is the Founders offer?+
For a limited time, new accounts receive full platform access at $19 per month instead of $29. Your founders rate remains in effect until you cancel.
